Superbly situated in elegant Victorian Villas on the northern part of the Promenade – we are sufficiently far from the noise and bustle of the town centre to offer peace, yet close enough to be within a few minutes' walk of the town centre, seafront, theatres and green spaces.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Each Master bedroom features a King sized bed and the additional double or twin bedrooms that come with our two, three and four bedroom apartments promise everyone a restful night's sleep thanks to the luxurious feather and down duvet and pillows and top quality bedding.
The main bathroom contains a bath and over-bath shower, while the en-suite or second bathroom in our larger apartments come complete with a shower, basin and toilet. The four bedroom apartment also boasts a second shower room. Complimentary toiletries and towels are provided.
Each spacious lounge comprises comfortable seating and occasional furniture, multi channel TV as well as affording superb lake views.
You'll find everything you need in the fitted kitchen, including hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, (the 3 & 4 bedroom apartments also have a dishwasher) crockery, cutlery, glassware and coffee machine - even cooking Christmas Dinner is a doddle here!!
Our spacious and comfortable apartments have been beautifully restored and uniquely furnished to a high standard, and contain everything we can think of to make your stay in Southport a relaxing and enjoyable one. But if there's something extra you need, like a cot or high chair, please do let us know in advance so that we can meet your requirements from the moment you arrive.
